About
At the Freemasons Arms, we are proud to serve only the most exceptional food and to serve it well. Our team both in the kitchen and out front, are what makes The Freemasons Arms the popular, award winning pub/restaurant that it is. Set in an idyllic village location in Lancashire, the surrounding area is not only beautiful, but bountiful as well.
We make the most of the superb local produce in the area, including pork and beef from Bowland, Goosnargh poultry, Lune wild salmon, asparagus from Formby and cheeses such as Kirkham's Lancashire. Every item on our menu is something to relish and we even make our own bread and chips daily, on the premises.
Even the wine list is a delight of over 15 pages with more than 500 bins ranging from classic premier crus to wines from California, Australia and New Zealand. Such fine wines go hand in hand with outstanding food and our menu offers Chef Ian Martin’s trademark modern British cuisine.
The premises blend with the village buildings and the interior is a vision of old and new, quaint and quirky; with comfortable seating and a warm atmosphere. You can enjoy a drink at the bar or in one of the cosy corners before dining and again after your meal. We are open from noon until 2pm, and from 6pm to 9.30pm on Wednesdays to Saturdays; and from noon until 8pm on Sundays.
